About Plus91Labs

Plus91Labs is a certified Salesforce consulting partner helping enterprises streamline operations with cloud technology — from implementation and integration to communities, analytics, and long-term managed support. 35+ enterprise clients, a 100% certified team, and rollouts delivered across regions.

Our story

Built around businesses, not the platform

Plus91Labs started with a simple observation: most Salesforce rollouts fail not because the platform lacks capability, but because implementations are forced onto processes they were never designed for. We set out to be the partner that listens first and configures second.

That philosophy still shapes every engagement. We lean on Salesforce's out-of-the-box strength wherever it fits, and reach for custom development — Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, integrations — only where it genuinely adds value. No over-engineering, no unnecessary rebuilds.

We also don't think of delivery as a finish line. Go-live is the start of a relationship, not the end of a project — which is why so much of our work today is long-term optimization, support, and enhancement for clients we've grown alongside for years.

What drives us

Our values

The principles that shape how we scope, build, and support every Salesforce engagement.

Client-first delivery

We scope around your business outcomes, not our billable hours — every roadmap starts with your process, not our template.

Deep certified expertise

A 100% certified team across Salesforce clouds, kept current as the platform evolves, so your org is never running on guesswork.

Pragmatic engineering

We build only what's needed — favoring configuration over code, and custom development only where it earns its keep.

Long-term partnership

Go-live is a milestone, not an exit — we stay on as admins, optimizers, and advisors long after the project closes.

How we got here

Our journey

From a small certified team to a full-lifecycle Salesforce partner for enterprises worldwide.

1
Founding

A certified team, one clear focus

Plus91Labs formed around a small group of certified Salesforce consultants committed to implementations that fit the business, not the other way around.
